• Wallpapers are provided for personal, non-commercial use only (phone backgrounds, lock screens).
• You may not redistribute, sell, or claim ownership of any wallpaper or quote from this Service.
• The “Create” tool allows you to combine wallpapers with quotes for personal use. Created images are for personal use only.

3. Intellectual Property

All wallpapers on this platform are original content owned by Walpium or used with proper licensing. Quotes are attributed to their original authors and are in the public domain or used under fair use for educational and inspirational purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading content
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Using automated tools to access the Service beyond normal browsing
• Misrepresenting yourself or your intent when using the Service

5. Downloads

Free downloads are provided in standard resolution. High-resolution versions are available through the Walpium iOS app. Download limits may apply to prevent abuse.

6. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to the App Store and other external sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.
